How to Resolve Issue Where "Member's Services" and "My Profile" Options are NOT Being Displayed in Side LACN Navigation Menu After Login

It has come to our attention that after logging into the “Member’s Area” of the new LACN website that the “Member Services” and “My Profile” options located on the left side “LACN NAVIGATION” panel are NOT being displayed.

We are pleased to inform that we have found and corrected the cause of this display issue.

When you login to the LACN website, the “Member Services” and “My Profile” options should be visible on the left side “LACN Navigation” panel (see attached image).

However, if you login to the “Member’s Area” and the “Member Services” and the “My Profile” options are still NOT being displayed, you will need to perform the following tasks to clear browser and domain caches:

- Logout of the “Member’s Area”
- Visit the following link: http://lacn.us
- Press the “F12” key located on your keyboard (opens Developers Tool Bar)
- After the Developers Tool Bar is opened, press and hold down the “CTRL” and “R” keys on your keyboard (opens clear browser cached prompt)
- Click the “YES” button in the “Clear Browser Cache” prompt (clears browser cache).
- Press and hold down the “CTRL” and “D” keys on your keyboard (opens clear browser cache for current site prompt)
- Click the “YES” button in the “Clear Site Browser Cache” prompt (clears site browser cache)
- Close the “Developers Tool Bar” by clicking the “X” button.
- Login into the “Member’s Area.”
